T & C Construction, LLC. was started in January 1985 by Tom Rumney who still serves as the President. Tom's wife, Carolyn Rumney, serves as the Corporate Secretary. T & C Construction primarily builds facilities for municipalities, water districts, developers, and other general contractors. We have built wastewater treatment plants, water plants, storm water pump stations, and sanitary sewer lift stations. Our projects have been as small as $50,000 to as large as $5,300,000. Our annual gross volume for the past several years has been around $11,000,000. Our home office is located in Houston Texas, however we have worked as far south as the Rio Grande Valley, as far west as San Antonio, as far north as Fairfield, and as far east as Beaumont. We currently have two office Project Managers and nine field crews and our total number of employees varies from 60 to 100 depending upon our work load.
